The Email Campaign feature in your Control Panel lets you export customer email addresses to use in your own marketing campaigns or newsletters.
How to export your customer list
Open the Email Campaign tool
From the top menu, go to Customers → Email Campaign.-
Select a time range
Choose how far back you’d like to include customer data:1 Month
3 Months
6 Months
12 Months
All Time
Run your query
Click Select Customers. You’ll see a “Processing” message while the system gathers your results.View your results
Once complete, you’ll see the number of customer emails that match your selected date range.Export your data
Click Export to download your list.
The exported data will appear under Customer Results at the bottom of the page.Copy and use your list
You can easily copy the results and paste them into a spreadsheet, email platform, or any document type you prefer.
❗Important note
Only customers who opted in to receive marketing communications from your store are included in this export.
Customers who selected “No” to marketing emails at checkout or during account creation will not appear in the exported list.
