At the top right of your Control Panel, you’ll see a set of orange icons, each with a number next to it. These icons alert you to different types of pending actions that may need your attention.
Order exceptions
The first icon, labeled Order Exception(s), shows orders that have been flagged for later review.
You can mark an order as an exception by checking Exception under the Order Details section. Once flagged, the order will appear under this icon, allowing you to revisit it later.
This is helpful if you want to:
Follow up on payment status
Flag an order for additional review
Keep track of suspicious or unusual orders
Pending returns
The flag icon represents Pending Return(s). This is where you’ll manage any Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests from customers.
Clicking the flag icon takes you to the Returns page, where you can review and close out pending return tasks.
❗Note: Closing an RMA in your Control Panel does not mean you are approving or denying the return — it simply means the task has been resolved in the system.
Refer to your dealership’s policies for your return and restocking terms and conditions.
Product questions
The question mark icon indicates Product Questions that need a response. These come from customers asking about specific products in your catalog.
Clicking this icon allows you to review and answer product questions. You can choose to reply publicly (visible on your site) or privately to the customer.
❗Note: Depending on your website package, the Product Questions feature may not be enabled.
