The Reports page in your Control Panel helps you view, download, and organize key business data. Reports are grouped into categories and subcategories, making it easier to find the information you need. You can also use the search bar or the dropdown menu to locate specific reports quickly.
Access Reports either by clicking the link in the upper left, or via the Research menu > Reports.
Navigating reports
In the side menu, you can:
View a description of the report
Download a CSV file of the report
Open the report in a new tab
Report categories
Channel performance: Reports showing traffic and sales information by source or channel
Customer information: Reports with customer details such as email, first name, last name, and other profile data
Orders & sales: Reports on orders, cancellations, transactions, and performance (including gross profit and coupon performance)
Product performance: Reports with insights on top-selling items, pricing, and overall sales
Site performance: Reports on website functionality such as page load times and traffic data
User behavior: Reports tracking user interactions, including location, first page accessed, and navigation patterns
Website configuration: Reports related to site settings for registered or wholesale users
Saving favorite reports
You can save up to 20 reports as favorites for easy access.
To save a report:
Use the dropdown menu or search bar to find the report you want.
Click the report name to view it, or click the pop-out icon to open it in a new tab.
Click Add to favorites in the top right corner of the report.
To remove a favorite:
Go to the Reports page.
Under My Favorite Reports, click the crossed heart icon next to the report you want to remove.
Accessing older reports
If you saved or bookmarked report links prior to 2025, note that URLs have changed. You’ll need to visit the new Reports page to locate and re-save those reports.
To view the legacy version of reports, go to the top menu, select Research, then Old Reports.
