Remarketing offers are an easy, effective way to re-engage customers and grow your online parts sales. Nearly half of customers who buy online are new or infrequent buyers, making them great candidates for repeat business.
To help capture these opportunities, your Control Panel includes a built-in email offers tool that automatically sends customers an email once their order ships (the Order Shipped email). This email includes up to four special offers: three preset options, and a fourth offer you can customize for your dealership.
View and edit existing offers
In the Control Panel, open the Settings menu and select Manage Offers.

On the Manage Offers page, you’ll see a list of pre-made offers:
Parts: 10% off a single parts order
Accessories: 25% off an accessories purchase of $300+
Inspection: A complimentary multi-point inspection
Custom Offer: Your dealership’s personalized offer
To view or modify an offer, click Edit. You’ll see fields for the offer name, email heading, image and button text, and the URL customers are taken to when they click.
Manage your emails
To customize how these offers appear in emails:
From Manage Offers, click the Manage Emails link in the top right (or find it in Settings > Manage Emails).
On the Manage Emails page, locate the Order Shipped Email—this is your “Thank You” email.

Each email module includes:
A checkbox to enable or disable sending
The email body text
Four dropdowns for offer placements
If you’re happy with the current offers, no changes are needed. To add your own dealership-specific offer in the fourth slot, continue below.
Create a new custom offer
Go back to the Manage Offers page and click Create Offer.

Fill out the offer details:
Offer Name – Internal name for your reference
Associated Emails: Any existing emails this offer is currently associated with
Heading – Title shown in the email
Text – Description of the offer
Image Source – URL for your offer image (optional)
Button Text – Call-to-action label (e.g., “Shop Now”)
Button Link – URL customers are sent to when they click
💡 Tip: Custom offers can drive traffic to other dealership departments too—try promoting a future parts discount, accessories sale, or service special like an oil change or tire rotation.
Click Save to create the offer. You can edit or update it anytime from the Manage Offers page.
Add your custom offer to the Order Shipped email
Return to the Manage Emails page.
Locate the Order Shipped Email.
In the “Fourth Offer” dropdown, select your new custom offer.
Click Save.
That’s it! Your customers will now see your dealership’s personalized offer in their “Thank You” email after their order ships.
