In that spirit, the SimplePart Control Panel dashboard has been designed to be your one-stop shop for managing your parts and accessories website. From catching the latest notifications to reviewing monthly site performance and monitoring your return on ad spend, the dashboard puts the most important information at your fingertips.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through the main sections of the SimplePart Control Panel dashboard so you can quickly access the insights and tools you need.
Main Menu
Orders
Click on the Orders menu in the upper-left corner of the dashboard to search, review, print, and process orders, including recent orders and returns. You can also click the Recent Orders button to see the most recent activity at the top of the list. For more details, see the Managing Orders article.
Customers
The Customers menu allows you to create email campaigns and respond to product questions via the Product Questions Module or monitor wholesale accounts through the Wholesale Module.
Research
Get strategic with the Research section: access reports, performance metrics, and insights to monitor your site’s success and make data-driven decisions.
Inventory
Review your parts and accessories inventory by fitment, category, and more in the Inventory section.
Settings
The Settings section is a key area of the Control Panel. Update business settings, adjust pricing and tax rates, create coupons, and more. Check out the Adding Business Settings article for detailed instructions.

Choosing your site
If you manage multiple dealerships with SimplePart, always double-check the dealership website name in the upper-right corner of the Control Panel before making any changes.
Search functions
Below the main menu, you’ll find several search functions to quickly locate orders, reports, customers, and part information.
Dashboard sections
Recent notifications – Stay up-to-date on new features and alerts.
Monthly performance snapshot – View bar charts providing a quick overview of your site’s performance, including sales, orders, and visitors.
Gross profit, sales, orders & visitors – Dive deeper into performance metrics and see where your visitors come from, helping you optimize ad spend and marketing strategies.
Paid return on ad spend (ROAS) – Track ad performance by comparing total spend to revenue generated, showing you the return on each advertising dollar.
Additional metrics – Scroll down to see order trends, customer behavior, and top reports.
