When you log into the Control Panel, you’ll have access to a variety of features that help you not only manage your online store, but also track your success through data analysis and reporting tools.
Key features
Many of the everyday tools you’ll use in the Control Panel are located in the Settings section:
💡 Tip: If you manage multiple dealerships with SimplePart, always double-check the dealership website name in the upper-right corner of the Control Panel before making any changes in the Settings menu.
You can access all features through the menu bar, including:
Processing orders – Search and manage orders by order number, part number, or customer name. Review recent activity, handle returns, and ensure fulfillment is timely.
Interacting with customers – Send quotes, respond to reviews, and answer product questions.
Data and reporting – Access detailed reports on performance metrics, sales trends, traffic, and order history. Pin frequently used reports to your homepage for quick reference.
Inventory management – Find and manage parts and accessories using a variety of filters, including fitment, category, and availability.
Website settings – Customize your site, including promotions, integrations, pricing, shipping, and tax rates.
Managing orders

Performance dashboard
Upon logging in, it’s helpful to bookmark the Control Panel homepage for quick access. The dashboard gives an at-a-glance view of your online store’s performance and includes:
Monthly Performance Snapshot – A quick overview of orders, sales, and visitors.
Performance metrics – Gross profit, sales trends, and site traffic insights.
Paid ROI report – See your return on ad spend for paid campaigns.
Detailed traffic report – Understand where your visitors come from.
Oldest Orders Report – Track orders that may not yet have shipped.
Order Turnaround report – Monitor how long it takes to fulfill orders.
