Getting instant answers with the Support Assistant in Control Panel

Overview

A built-in Support Assistant is now available directly inside key Control Panel pages, so you can get quick answers without leaving the page you're working on.

Where to find it

The assistant appears on: Recent Orders, Order Details (including Billing Details), Setup, Pricing, Shipping Rates, and Tax Rates.

Steps

1. Look for the chat icon on any of the pages listed above in the bottom right corner.
2. Click it to open the assistant.
3. Type your question in plain language.

What to expect

The Support Bot will answer first, but if it can’t answer your question, it will ask you for your details to forward to our USA-based support team.
