Zendesk, the platform that powers our Help Center, has introduced a new security requirement for all submissions made without a Help Center login — which includes all SimplePart users. Starting April 7, 2026, you’ll need to complete a quick email verification step before your request is delivered to our team.
Submitting a request
When you open the request form, enter your contact details and describe your issue as usual. After you submit the form, Zendesk will immediately send you a verification email. Your request will not reach us until you click the link in that email.
The email will look like this:
Subject:
Please verify your email address
Body:We need to verify that you are the owner of this email address. Please follow the link below to verify.
This verification step helps prevent spam and fraudulent submissions that have increased across Zendesk-powered help centers.
What happens after you submit
- You’ll receive an automated email asking you to verify your email address
- Your request will stay in a temporary pending state until you click the verification link
- Once verified, your ticket will be sent to our support team
- If you don’t verify the email, your request will remain suspended and will not enter our queue
Tips to make sure we receive your request
- Check your spam or junk folder, since verification emails may be filtered
- Make sure you have access to the email address you enter on the form
- If you do not receive the verification email within a few minutes, try submitting the request again
Why Zendesk added this step
Zendesk introduced verification because attackers have been abusing anonymous help center forms to send high volumes of unwanted messages. Requiring email verification helps ensure the person submitting a request actually owns the email address they entered. This protects both customers and support teams from spam and impersonation attempts. Read more about this here.
