Shipstation is a shipping management platform that connects your SimplePart store to your shipping carriers. It lets you create labels, compare rates, and manage order fulfillment in one place. Lexus dealers are required to have Shipstation set up before going live.
Step 1: Create a Shipstation account
If you don't have a Shipstation account, you may start a free 30-day trial at shipstation.com. A credit card is required to begin the trial but you won't be charged until the trial ends.
If you already have a Shipstation account, skip to Step 2.
Step 2: Share your credentials with SimplePart
Reply to your SimplePart setup email with:
- Your Shipstation username
- Your Shipstation password
SimplePart will use these to complete the technical integration between your Shipstation account and your parts store so your orders flow through automatically.
Step 3: Add your shipping carriers
Once SimplePart confirms the integration is working, log in to Shipstation and add your preferred shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) through the Shipstation carrier setup.
What to expect
SimplePart handles the integration — you don't need to configure anything in Shipstation yourself beyond adding carriers. We'll confirm once it's complete.
Note: Lexus dealers: RTS and Shipstation are both required before your store can go live. See Setting up Real-Time Shipping (RTS).
