Accessing the Control Panel via SSO — Audi and Volkswagen dealers

Overview

If your dealership is part of the Audi USA, Audi Canada, Volkswagen USA, or Volkswagen Canada program, you access the SimplePart Control Panel through Single Sign-On (SSO) via Access Audi or VW Hub. You do not need a separate SimplePart username or password.

Note: SimplePart does not control SSO access. To add or remove staff access, contact your OEM directly.

Before you begin

• You must have an active Access Audi or VW Hub account
• The Online Accessories Catalog app must be added to your favorites in your portal — if you don't see it, check your App library under the Parts section

Step 1: Sign in to Access Audi or VW Hub

Sign in to your OEM portal through your preferred web browser:

• Audi dealers: Access Audi
• VW dealers: VW Hub

Step 2: Open the Online Accessories Catalog

1. On the left side of the screen, locate the Apps link. Scroll to the Parts section
2. Select Online Accessories Catalog

💡 Tip: If you prefer to go through Parts on Command, select the Parts on Command app first, then select VW/Audi Accessories Catalog. Both options work.

If you can't find the Online Accessories Catalog app, go to your App library under the Parts section and add it to your favorites.

Step 3: Access the Control Panel

Once the Accessories Catalog page loads, you have two ways to reach the Control Panel:

Option 1 — Via the menu: Click the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper right corner of the page, then select Control Panel Login from the menu.

Option 2 — Via the footer: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Control Panel Login link in the footer.

After clicking either link, you'll be taken to the SimplePart Control Panel home page. Select your site from the dropdown in the upper right corner.

Troubleshooting

Redirected to a login page asking for a Login ID and password?

This means your SSO session timed out. Follow these steps in order:

1. Switch back to your Access Audi or VW Hub tab and refresh it
2. Switch back to the SimplePart Control Panel tab and refresh it

The Control Panel should now load without prompting for manual login credentials.

Note: The Control Panel will log you out after 10 minutes of inactivity, or if your username is used in more than one session at the same time. Do not share login credentials — contact your OEM to request access for additional staff members.
