Resetting your password

There are two ways to access the SimplePart Control Panel: direct login or SSO (Single Sign-On). Your ability to reset your password depends on the method you use.

Direct login

If you log in directly and your email address is your Control Panel username, you can reset your password right from the login page.

To reset your password:

1. Click Forgot your password? on the login page

2. Enter your username in the password reset field

3. Click Send reset email

4. Check your inbox for a message from SimplePart

5. Click the link in the email

6. Reset your password on the reset page

Note: If your Control Panel username is not your email, please contact the Client Services team for assistance.

SSO (Single Sign-On)

If you log in via your OEM using SSO, password resets must be handled through your OEM. Please reach out to them directly for assistance.
