You will initially receive your login credentials for the SimplePart Control Panel the day before your scheduled training with the Implementation team. The team will guide you through a comprehensive tour of both the SimplePart Control Panel and your parts website.
Depending on your program, you may log into the Control Panel differently. There are two ways a user can access the SimplePart Control Panel: through direct login and through a Single Sign-On (SSO).
Direct login
Most users have direct access to the Control Panel through the login page. This is typical for dealers that have a single store or a few stores assigned to their user. If you are a direct user, you can contact Client Services and they will create individual accounts for your staff members.
Navigate to https://secure.simplepart.com/manage/home.aspx and sign in with your username and password.
💡Tip: Bookmark the address (and your parts website address!) in your browser for easy access.
Through SSO
For the following OEM programs, Control Panel access is via SSO:
- Audi USA through Access Audi
- Audi Canada through Access Audi
- Mazda USA through MazdaONE (Mx Connect)
- Volkswagen USA through VW Hub
- Volkswagen CA through VW Hub
- Volvo USA through Volvo Cars Portal
SSO users log in through a username and password set by your OEM—SimplePart does not control this information.
The user information and access level are passed over to SimplePart based on the person's job role, and what they can access is dependent on the agreement made at the time that the program rules were set. You will log in through your own brand portal, where you can typically find a link to access the Control Panel.
Please note that SimplePart does not have the capabilities to adjust user access for SSO. To gain access for other employees on your staff, reach out to your OEM directly.
Things to know
No matter how you log in, the Control Panel will log you out if the same username has more than one session open. This means that if you are using your username in one place, and someone else is using your username somewhere else at the same time, you will be logged out. Instead of sharing login information, please contact our Client Services team to request an additional username.
Additionally, the Control Panel will log you out after 10 minutes of inactivity.
These are both security measures to help protect your store's and your customers' data, and keep your website PCI-certified.
