FedEx has upgraded their shipping API from SOAP Web Services to the newer REST API. To keep Real-Time Shipping (RTS) working on your website, your FedEx integration must be updated before June 1, 2026.
Our team can complete this update for you, but we need your current FedEx account credentials to do so.
What you need to do
Submit your FedEx credentials so we can update your integration.
You will need to provide:
FedEx account username
FedEx account password
FedEx account number
A copy of your most recent FedEx invoice (from the last 30 days)
Once the update is complete, we will notify you. You can change your FedEx password afterward if you prefer.
Why this update is required
FedEx is retiring their SOAP Web Services on June 1, 2026. After that date, any integrations that have not been upgraded will stop working.
If your credentials are not submitted before the deadline:
Real-Time Shipping rates may stop displaying on your website
FedEx shipping options may become unavailable to customers
Submitting your credentials now ensures your shipping rates continue to work without interruption.
Optional: submit your UPS or USPS credentials
If you would like to enable or confirm your UPS or USPS integration, you can submit your credentials in the same form.
This allows our team to ensure all available shipping methods are configured and working properly. If your other accounts are already connected, no update is required.
