Enabling Suggested Products pop-up at checkout

Overview

Your SimplePart storefront now shows a "featured products" modal when customers click "Proceed to Checkout." This is an upsell opportunity that helps increase order value.

What customers see

When a customer reaches the cart and clicks "Proceed to Checkout," a modal appears showing complementary products (e.g., accessories that match items in their cart). They can:

• Add items from the modal to their cart
• Close the modal and continue to payment
• Refresh the cart after closing to see updated totals

Can I turn it off?

This feature is enabled for some sites by default. To disable it for your storefront, contact SimplePart Support, and this setting can be turned off.

How SimplePart picks which products to show

Products are selected based on what other customers bought together and what matches the items already in the cart. If you don't configure this, it automatically displays your top selling products.
